TERMS OF SERVICE

⭐️ By commissioning me, you agree to all these terms and conditions.Payment and Pricing
• Will accept 50% payment upfront, but must be paid in full upon completion.
• Base price is per character. A limit of 5 characters per canvas.
• Complicated backgrounds and designs are subject to additional charges depending on complexity.
• All payments must be made through PayPal. You will be sent an invoice where you can pay. No need to create an account. I will be the one to shoulder the fees.
• Request will be automatically voided after a week of no payment.Timeframe
• Turn-around time per batch is 1-2 months.
• I do not accept rush commissions.Rights and Usage
• I retain full rights and ownership to the commissioned artwork, which I may post on my social media accounts or use for promotional materials.
• The listed pricing is only for personal use. Commercial pricing starts from 100% to 300% of the total regular price (see Rates for full breakdown).
• For personal purposes: You may display the artwork online using the smaller-sized, watermarked copy, and with proper credits to me. This is to protect the work from other people acquiring and reproducing it commercially without consent. You are also free to print the artwork out, or create any physical, non-distributable reproduction of it as long as you do not sell it.
• You may NOT use any part of the commissioned artwork for any block-chain related technology, including NFT, Cryptocurrency, and future inventions in the space. Similarly, using any part of the commissioned artwork for purposes of training artificial intelligence (A.I.) technologies is strictly prohibited. First-offense violation of this rule will result to permanent blacklisting.Revisions
• Up to 3 major revisions are allowed on the sketching stages. Only minor revisions within reason will be allowed afterwards. Further drastic adjustments, or changes to details that have already been approved, will incur additional charges.Refund Policy
• No refunds after the sketch has been started.
• If for any reason, I cannot continue with your commission, I will issue you the full refund myself.
• You are not authorized to issue a PayPal chargeback. This will result to immediate blacklisting.General Terms
• Please provide clear references for your commission request, especially for designs that I cannot search up online. Not providing proper references will require more time and effort for me to figure out the details myself, which in turn will result to extra costs.
• I may still post art outside of commissions in order to avoid burnout and keep my page active.
• I have the right to decline commission requests at my own discretion.

PROCESS AND DELIVERY

PROCESS
• Once you have submitted your request form, I will review it and you will receive a confirmation email indicating whether or not you have secured the slot. Please do not send me any kind of payment before receiving the confirmation email.
• You will be sent the initial invoice after we have both agreed on the details and pricing. Full or half payment must be done after this.
• I will notify you again once I have started sketching. At this point, cancellations are no longer allowed, and thus, you are no longer eligible for refund.
• For every stage of the process (thumbnail sketch, cleaned up sketch, base coloring, rendering, final touches), you will be updated about the progress through low-res watermarked versions of the artwork, upon which you can send me your reviews to ensure your satisfaction. Once you have given me your approval, then we will proceed to the next stage.
• Our primary channel of communication will be GMail.
• Should there be any cause for delay, I will let you know ASAP.DELIVERY
• The final full-resolution output (along with a smaller-sized copy) will be sent to you through GMail or Google Drive.
• File type is PNG, RGB, with 300DPI. Canvas size will vary depending on what is best for the artwork, or if you have a specific size in mind.
• I will only be keeping the file for up to 3 months, with no guarantee for accidental loss or deletion. You are responsible for saving the file and any digital information I have provided you.
